French Hill, a U.S. Congressman representing Arkansas’ 2nd district since 2015, recently shared his views on various issues through a series of tweets. Born in Little Rock, Arkansas in 1956 and an alumnus of Vanderbilt University, Hill continues to engage with constituents on matters affecting the state and nation.
On March 11, 2025, Hill expressed support for Sarah Huckabee's initiatives aimed at improving maternal and infant health outcomes in Arkansas. He stated "Happy to see @SarahHuckabee is taking important steps to improve outcomes for our moms and babies in our state!"
Later that day, he addressed the issue of antisemitism on college campuses. He supported Speaker Johnson’s stance by tweeting "Antisemitism has no place on our college campuses, and @SpeakerJohnson is absolutely right. No one has the right to make their fellow classmates feel unsafe on campus."
In another tweet from March 11th, Hill highlighted his participation in a roundtable discussion with families affected by the hostage situation involving Hamas. He wrote "Today, @RepHaleyStevens and I hosted a roundtable discussion with families of those taken hostage by Hamas on October 7th. Hearing their stories was heartbreaking and reinforced our commitment to doing everything we can to bring their loved ones home."
