On March 3, 2025, Hill posted about an issue brought to his attention by a constituent concerning the condition of the American flag at the Veterans Treatment Center in Little Rock. "Over the weekend, a constituent informed me that the American flag at the Veterans Treatment Center on S. Main Street in Little Rock was in poor condition." He mentioned that his staff had replaced the flag to ensure it flew proudly for veterans.
