On November 26, 2024, Hill expressed strong disapproval of the International Criminal Court's (ICC) decision regarding Israeli officials. He described the action as “outrageous” and emphasized that it underscored why the United States has opted out of ICC membership. "The ICC’s decision to issue warrants for senior Israeli officials is nothing short of outrageous. This anti-Israel action highlights exactly why the U.S. has rejected ICC membership."

Later that day, Hill addressed concerns about a proposal from the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC). He argued that it could compel banks to alter their liability structures significantly without addressing actual risks leading to bank instability.
