French Hill, a member of the U.S. Congress representing Arkansas’ 2nd district, recently shared several tweets on various topics. His messages included reminders about Daylight Saving Time and reflections on National Hostage and Wrongful Detainee Day.

On March 7, 2025, French Hill reminded his followers to adjust their clocks for Daylight Saving Time starting March 9th. He noted, "Do not forget to set your clocks forward one hour this Sunday, March 9th, as Daylight Saving Time begins! This is a great reminder to check your smoke detectors and other home safety devices. Get ready for longer days and make the most of the warm weather ahead!"

On March 9, 2025, Hill tweeted about National Hostage and Wrongful Detainee Day. He emphasized the importance of supporting those wrongfully detained abroad and their families by stating: "On National Hostage and Wrongful Detainee Day, we reaffirm our commitment to helping those who are wrongfully detained abroad and ensure their families know their loved ones are not forgotten. I thank my Hostage Task Force Co-Chair @RepHaleyStevens, all the families, and…"

Later that day, Hill shared another tweet regarding his involvement in discussions about wrongful detainees. He mentioned a meeting with Tigran Gambaryan: "As a part of National Hostage and Wrongful Detainee day, I sat down with @TigranGambaryan to discuss the fight to bring these Americans home, support their loved ones, and my legislation to prevent them from facing penalties and fines after returning home."
