Hill, who has been serving in Congress since 2015, took to social media to discuss advancements in technology, commemorate historical events, and participate in a notable naval ceremony.

On December 6, 2024, Hill expressed his enthusiasm for appointing David Sacks to collaborate with former President Donald Trump on digital assets. He stated: "With AI and crypto rapidly advancing in our society, I couldn’t think of a better time than now to appoint @DavidSacks to lead the charge with @realDonaldTrump. The following day, December 7, 2024, Hill reflected on the historical significance of Pearl Harbor Day. He tweeted: "Today, we remember the lives lost and the bravery shown on December 7, 1941, a day that will forever live in infamy. We will never forget the courage of those who served and sacrificed to uphold peace and freedom."

Later that same day, Hill was present at Newport News for the christening of America's newest Virginia Class nuclear submarine. He remarked: "Backstage in Newport News just before the christening of the SSN 800 Arkansas - America’s newest Virgina Class nuclear submarine. The Women of the Little Rock Nine are the Sponsors today! Thank you Elizabeth, Gloria and Carlotta!"
