If you received unemployment insurance benefits during the year 2022, ADWS is mailing you a 1099 form.
You need this to file your income tax return. The Arkansas Division of Workforce Services will mail 1099s by January 31, 2023, to the address on file for you as of January 17, 2023. If you do not receive your 1099 in the mail by February 12, 2023, you may call the UI Hotline to be sure we have the correct address on file. 1099s will not be mailed to updated addresses prior to February 12, 2023.
