If you're new to the game: parcels that don't sell at our live auctions are offered in an online sale. Bidding lasts for 30 days after the first bid is placed.
We started the online auction on July 1, 2021. And today we'll cross the 11,000 mark of auctions concluded. We've issued deeds on almost 10,600 parcels, totaling over $4.19 million.
