"Today, I proudly stood with our brave men and women in uniform and their families to pass this crucial legislation," he stated. He highlighted the importance of preparing the military for global challenges and ensuring they have necessary resources.
The NDAA, identified as H.R. 5009, includes provisions such as a pay increase for service members, improvements in military recruiting capabilities, and measures to deter China.
