ServSafe Manager Classes to be held April 18, 2023

About the in-person classes facilitated by the Arkansas Hospitality Association:ServSafe Manager classes with exams are offered in a one-day format. The class offers 5.5 hours of review, presented through videos, PowerPoint presentations, Q&A and is led by certified, industry experienced instructors.

IMPORTANT Information about Registration:

There are no refunds for cancellations but you may reschedule to another class date for a $25 fee.

If your registration includes shipping, use a business physical address - not a PO box. Registering with a residential address may delay receipt of materials.

Bring a valid ID, No 2 pencil, textbook and exam sheet to class.

Exam only attendees please arrive to class prepared to begin the exam at 3:00pm.

The exam consists of 90 questions and the minimum passing score is 70%. The e-Certificates fulfill American National Standards Institute (ANSI) requirements for the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification. Learn more here: eCertificate FAQs. Attendees who do not pass the exam may retake the exam up to three times in a 12 month period (additional fees will apply).

Exam scores and e-Certificates will be available on the ServSafe website – they are not provided by AHA. Instructions on how to access scores online will be provided during class or you may contact the National Restaurant Association by calling/texting 800-765-2122 or email: servicecenter@restaurant.org.
