We've passed another milestone with our online auctions of previously unsold property.
As of today, over 1,000 parcels sold in the online auction have been redeemed in the 10 business days after the auction ends. But we've issued over 10,800 deeds, so the odds of successfully buying a parcel are still excellent for our online buyers.
We're closing in on $5 million in bids placed since the online system opened July 1, 2021. A bid is placed in the online auction every 4.33 minutes, and a new auction begins every 51.5 minutes.
