After Monday's deadline to pay personal and real property taxes, delinquent 2021 taxes were added to parcels already certified to this office. This means that if you redeem or buy online a parcel now, all taxes will be current, and you will not have to pay the county until next year.
If you wish to pay delinquent taxes on a parcel, you can redeem it online. (Please note this does NOT change ownership; it simply makes the taxes current and removes the parcel from this office. Do NOT redeem if you're trying to buy.) Go to https://www.cosl.org/Home/Search to redeem.
