City of Maumelle issued the following announcement on May 3.
The Village of Maumelle held its groundbreaking ceremony Friday for the 13-acre gated continuum care community, which is the first of its kind in Arkansas.
The project includes owner-occupied townhomes and single-family detached homes tailored toward seniors, retirees, and empty nesters.
