City of Maumelle issued the following announcement on Dec. 22.
“Thomas Miller day” in the City of Maumelle! He is the Mayor’s Employee of the month for November 2021. Thomas has worked as a Street Department Operator with the city since 2009. On Nov. 9th Mr. Miller went above and beyond his daily duties, when he encountered a resident who had an accident riding his bike and needed medical attention. Mr. Miller assisted the family by loading the resident’s bike in his truck and dropping it off at the resident’s home. This act of kindness helped the family focus on getting medical help quickly.
