Arkansas Trucking Association, Inc. Governmental Affairs issued the following announcement on Dec. 23.
A new Trucking Action Plan announced by the White House includes several measures to reverse a worsening national driver shortage.
The program includes a new apprenticeship program for employers, a plan to streamline issuances of CDLs and a recruitment, training and retention initiative
