Arkansas Child Abuse/Rape/Domestic Violence Commission issued the following announcement Nov. 18.
64-year-old Rosie Coleman is a retired educator. Despite restrictions of an ongoing worldwide pandemic she published a children’s book, provided 1-on-1 tutoring & flew to Boston to dine with the CEO of a medical technology company for which she is now a star patient. If it wasn’t for the foresight & quick-thinking actions of UAMS' Dr. Jay K. Bhama, she likely wouldn’t have lived to see 2021.
