Arkansas Hospitality Association issued the following announcement on Sept. 28.
The coronavirus pandemic has led many state and local governments to require social distancing measures including the elimination of in-house dining at restaurants and other foodservice venues. Many restaurants have added or increased their takeout and delivery service; however, those practices require additional sanitation measures to help mitigate the risk of COVID-19.
ServSafe has developed two FREE on-demand training videos to assist operators in training their staff in appropriate hygiene and sanitation practices.
