We are excited to welcome Ashley Lawhon as the Director of Perioperative Services at ASH! Ashley has over 19 years of medical experience, including registered nursing as a graduate of Arkansas Baptist School of Nursing and also of its school of surgical technology.
Although she’s new to this role, Ashley is a familiar face at ASH—where she worked as a charge nurse in the OR from 2009 - 2015. Ashley spent several years with Pain Treatment Centers of America as an administrator and Chief Operating Officer overseeing daily operations for 14 clinic locations and 7 ambulatory surgery centers. She most recently served as the Chief Nursing Officer at Arkansas Urology.
Ashley will be responsible for overseeing ASH’s 13 OR’s and staff.
Outside of work, Ashley enjoys reading and spending time at the lake with her husband, Travis, daughter, Emma, and son Wyatt.
