Arkansas Governor's Mansion Commission issued the following announcement on April 4.
April is Month of the Military Child, and we owe it to our men and women in uniform to ensure their children are welcomed in Arkansas and prepared for educational success.
The 18,000 military children in our state deserve our best as their parents serve.
