This position greets, registers, and checks out guests staying at the lodge and convention center complex, assists guests during their stay, and provides information to the public. Job duties include operating a cash register, selling merchandise, completing cash reports, handling transactions and paperwork related to lodge, cabins and campsites, stocking shelves, answering phones, providing information and assistance, and performing other duties as assigned. This position will be the relief night auditor in the absence of the auditor. Excellent public relations skills are a must. A criminal background check is required.

Applicants must meet or exceed the following qualifications: The education equivalent of a high school diploma; plus one year of experience in customer service, bookkeeping or a related field.
