Baptist Health College-Little Rock issued the following announcement on Nov. 30.
We are always so excited to see when our former students are recognized for their outstanding work! We are so thankful to have such amazing students at BHCLR!
Our team members have been serving the Arkansas community 100 years. Scrub Tech, Codie Devenny has been a great history of caring for her community.
"I got called back in to do a c-section and it was actually for a long time friend. She was so scared. I held her the entire time she was getting her epidural and then helped lay her down. Told her not to worry, we got this! 'You've got the easiest job in the whole room. Just lay here, be pretty and let me do the pushing.' I was there for a friend during a special time not only as a friend but as a worker for Baptist."
