Senator John Boozman, representing Arkansas, recently shared several updates via his social media platform. His posts highlight various activities and initiatives related to conservation efforts, health advocacy, and agricultural support within the state.
On July 10, 2025, Senator Boozman emphasized Arkansas’s reputation as “the duck hunting capital of the world” while celebrating the unveiling of this year’s Duck Stamp at Mack’s Prairie Wings. He noted that both the traditional stamp and a permanent electronic version he championed play crucial roles in conservation efforts. “As the duck hunting capital of the world, there’s no better place than Arkansas and the iconic @mackspw to unveil this year’s Duck Stamp and celebrate the conservation it, or the permanent electronic version that I championed, enables.”
Later that day, Boozman expressed his satisfaction after meeting with Jackson and Faith, participants from Arkansas in Breakthrough T1D’s Children’s Congress. These young individuals shared their personal experiences living with diabetes and underscored the necessity for ongoing research into the disease. The senator commended their bravery and resilience during their visit to Washington D.C., stating: “I was pleased to meet Jackson & Faith – Arkansas’s @BreakthroughT1D’s Children’s Congress participants who shared their stories about living with diabetes and the importance of continued research. They did an excellent job and we’re proud of their courage and resilience.”
In another engagement on July 10th, Boozman met with Dan Wright, President of Arkansas Farm Bureau (ArFB). He acknowledged the significant contributions made by Arkansan advocates and agricultural organizations across the nation which led to substantial investments through legislative measures known as One Big Beautiful Bill. These investments aim to support farmers, ranchers, and producers across various sectors. Boozman’s post reads: “It was great to meet with @ArFB President Dan Wright. Thanks to the advocacy of these Arkansans and ag organizations nationwide, we were able to deliver historic investments through the One Big Beautiful Bill that support farmers, ranchers and producers of all sizes and crops,”
