Senator John Boozman has recently shared several updates via his Twitter account, addressing topics ranging from veterans’ affairs to community infrastructure projects. His communications highlight ongoing efforts and commitments in various sectors.
On July 8, Senator Boozman reported on a commitment from the Secretary of Veterans Affairs. He stated, “@SecVetAffairs has committed to having the right people in the right places to take care of veterans.” He expressed that this development should provide reassurance to both veterans and the Department of Veterans Affairs’ workforce about prioritizing improvements in the delivery of care and benefits.
The following day, July 9, Boozman mentioned a meeting with Lewisville Mayor Ethan Dunbar regarding local water infrastructure. He tweeted, “Enjoyed visiting with Lewisville mayor Ethan Dunbar for an update on the Arkansas Watershed Project as well as water infrastructure needs in his community.” The senator looks forward to continued efforts to support these priorities.
Later on July 9, Boozman also welcomed leaders from Arkansas United Way to Washington.
