On July 5, 2025, French Hill announced upcoming legislative actions with a tweet stating that “In two weeks, we’ll bring the CLARITY Act and GENIUS Act to the House Floor, which give rules of the road for digital assets and dollar-backed payment stablecoins.” He directed followers to watch more details on Fox News.
On July 7, 2025, he expressed personal grief over natural disasters affecting Texas communities via social media. He posted “Martha and I are heartbroken over the ongoing tragedy along the Guadalupe River between Hunt and Kerrville, Texas. With more rain expected, our hearts are heavy knowing the danger isn’t over.” Hill offered prayers for those impacted by these events.
Later on July 7th, Hill commented on international issues related to Russia’s aggression against Ukraine following a European Council meeting.
