According to the latest figures, tuition for the 2022-23 academic year at Shorter College rose by 11.6%, according to the latest disclosure from the National Center for Education Statistics.

Students enrolled at the two-year private nonprofit institution paid $6,246 this year, which is $650 higher than the $5,596 charged during the 2021-22 academic year.

Approximately 96% of the undergraduate student body at Shorter College are residents of Arkansas, while around 2% come from other states.

All full-time undergraduates who began their studies at Shorter College in 2022-23 received some form of student financial aid. Specifically, 112 students were awarded grants or scholarships totaling $648,710, and 85 students obtained student loans exceeding $763,045.

Across the entire undergraduate population, 287 students benefited from grants or scholarships amounting to $2.1 million. Additionally, 209 students borrowed a combined total of $2 million in federal student loans.
