BHCLR is hiring for a Marketing and Recruitment Specialist.
The Marketing and Recruitment Specialist plans, organizes, and implements the marketing, communications and recruitment efforts of Baptist Health College Little Rock (BHCLR). The Marketing and Recruitment Specialist helps to develop and manage an annual marketing and communications plan for the college to aid in recruitment and support the growth of BHCLR programs. In support of the college’s enrollment, retention and graduation goals, the Marketing and Recruitment Specialist independently represents the college to targeted constituencies and develops and maintains relationships with identified partners.
