Baptist Health College-Little Rock issued the following announcement on Feb. 7.
As of February 7, 2022, The COVID-19 vaccine mandate has been reinstated.
Please note:
*The deadline for your first shot in the series or your exemption paperwork is Feb. 14th.
*Please upload your vaccination documentation to SentryMD as soon as possible.
*You can find the exemption paperwork on your portal which can be emailed to COVID19@bhclr.edu for evaluation.
